Shopping List: Produce for 1 Person, for all 5 days of the Cleanse Program
2 Cucumbers, 2 Zucchini, 6 Lemons, 3 Limes, 6 Figs, 2 Kiwis (or substitute with an additional green apple + 1/2 lemon), 12 Green Apples (or 2-3 red if using red for popsicles), 1 Grapefruit, 1 bunch of 3 medium Beets, 1/4 lb chunk Ginger, 1 inch of tumeric Root (sub: an additional carrot), 1 container of Alfalfa Sprouts, 3lb carrots (unpeeled - not baby carrots, 1 lb for broth), 1 medium Parsnip (or sub 2 carrots), 5 stalks Asparagus, 1 handful of Arugula (sub additional spinach), 1 bunch Mint, 1 bunch Parsley, 1 bunch Basil, 2 hearts of Romaine Lettuce, 2 large Collard green leaves, 1 medium container SPinach (or 2-3 bunches), 1 bunch of Kale, 3 stalks of Celery, 1 small head of Broccoli crown, 1 head of Cauliflower, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Pineapple, 1 small personal Watermelon, 1 small container of Strawberries, 1 small container of Blueberries

Optional Ingredients:

1 inch piece of Ginger Root (unpeeled), 1 bunch fresh Mint, 1 bunch Garlic, sprinkle of Cinnamon
