People are often surprised they can juice sweet potatoes or yams, but they are delicious! They are loaded with carotenes and mineral.
3 large carrots (unpeeled)
1 green apple (cored)
1/2 large sweet potato or yam (substitute: any orange squash)
1/2 cucumber (unpeeled)
1/2 inch of ginger root (unpeeled)
Optional: cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled on top when serving
Step 1
Wash all produce and peel
Step 2
With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients.
Step 3
Pour into your glass and enjoy!
