Ginger is a natural pain reliever.  It’s a natural anti-inflammatory, so it helps fight off a headache.  Calcium and Magnesium are natural nerve and muscle function regulators.  The combination of the two has proven very useful in preventing and relieving headaches.

1/2 Cantaloupe with seeds (remove the skin before juicing)

1/2 Cucumber

2 inch piece of Ginger
