Ingredients

1 cup Blueberries

1 Mango, peeled and pitted

1 medium Carrot, cut into 1 inch pieces

3 cups chopped Bok Choy

1 tbsp Cacao Powder

8 oz unsweetened Almond Milk

Step 1

Wash all produce well


Step 2

Blend all ingredients in an Omega Blender


Step 3

Enjoy!

Tip: Pre-make your smoothie. Wash produce well and dry. Then peel, remove pit of and cut mango into smaller pieces. Next cut carrot into 1 inch pieces.Store all ingredients except cacao powder and almond milk into a freezer safe container (like a zip-lock bag or freezer safe Tupperware). Remember to label your smoothie container.
