Ingredients

2 cups Heavy Cream

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

4 large Eggs

3/4 cup Brandy

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream, nutmeg, and sugar to a simmer

Step 2

In your Omega Blender, blend the eggs on low speed for 1 minute

Step 3

Then gradually add the hot cream mixture

Step 4

Continue blending until frothy and then add the brandy, blend to combine

Step 5

Serve warm and enjoy!
