1 cup Pistachios
4 cups of Water (*3 additional cups if juicing)
1 tsp ground Cardamom Seed

Soak pistachios overnight in 4 cups of water in the refrigerator

Drain and place pistachios in 3 cups of fresh water

Stir
Step 4
Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle pistachios and water into juicer

*For thinner milk add more water
Step 6
Flavor with 1 tsp of ground cardamom seed

Mix and enjoy!
