1 cup unhulled natural Sesame Seeds
4 cups of Water
1 tbsp of Honey
1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Step 1
Soak the sesame seeds overnight in water
Step 2
Drain and rinse using a nut milk bag lined strainer
Step 3
Put the rinsed sesame seeds with the honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and the 4 cups of water into an Omega blender
Step 4
Blend until the sesame seeds are broken up and the water has a milky color
