Ingredients

1 cup sliced ripe Bananas

1 cup 1% low-fat Chocolate Milk

1/2 cup low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

8 oz low-fat Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Place banana in freezer and freeze until firm (about 1 hour)


Step 2

Remove from freezer and let stand 5 minutes


Step 3

Combine banana and remaining ingredients in your Omega Blender


Step 4

Blend until smooth and serve immediately. Enjoy!
