  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 ripe Pear
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp ground Flax seed
  • 2 tsp pure Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 frozen Banana, chopped
