  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup 2% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Pecans
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
