Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 1 stick of Celery
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root

Directions

Step 1

Juice all ingredients except the pineapple in your Omega® Juicer

Step 2

Juice the pineapple last
