Love Your Greens Juice by Leanne Vogel of Healthful Pursuit Healthy green juice recipe made with spinach, collards, cucumber, lemon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Bnch Cilantro (about 1/2 cup lightly packed)
  • 1/2 head collards or chard (about 6 leaves)
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley (about 1 cup lightly packed)
  • 1/2 Lemon

Directions

Step 1

If you have a ‘low’ setting on your juicer, juice all items in the recipe but the lemon juice

Step 2

When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
