Ingredients

Smoothie: 1 cup Coconut Milk

2 ripe Bananas, peeled & frozen

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

2-3 cups Spinach

1 tsp Agave

1 tsp Hemp Seeds

Beet Blood: 2 beets, juiced

1/2 knob fresh Ginger, juiced

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Directions

Step 1

Smoothie: Blend all ingredients in your Omega Blender until smooth and creamy


Step 2

Beet Blood: Mix ingredients in bowl by hand until thick consistency


Step 3

Place "blood" in a wide shallow bowl and dip the rim of the glass to create a "bloody" effect


Step 4

Pour in green smoothie and garnish with hemp seeds
